maconit is currently hiring for a 6 month contract to hire opportunity with a Richmond Client.  US Citizens and Green Card only please.

The developer will lead the design, development and implementation of Tableau dashboard data visualization within the SaaS Watchtower ERM. Ideal candidates will have a background that includes: • Generating production ready high-level data visualization dashboard solutions within Tableau.  • Migrating existing reports from various BI tools (including Excel) to Tableau visualization dashboards. • Collecting/interfacing with business intelligence data from various internal and external sources, such as structured database systems (SQL, Postgres), industry reports, observation, surveys, field reports, or purchased sources. • Knowledge of or experience with ETL, developing and implementing data extraction procedures from other database systems, and mapping data between source systems, data warehouses, and data marts. • Analytical skills translating high level business requirements into algorithmic mathematical models. Considered a plus for candidates: • Experience working with remote based Agile teams on cloud-based development environments, such as AWS. • Banking or financial industry experience and working with risk assessment data points a plus.
